A surge in demand for the drug has been seen in London,
according to websites used by addicts
A sickening drug which that can 'turn users into cannibals'
has hit the streets in the UK, according to addicts.
The drug, called Blue Star, became notorious after Florida
user Rudy Eugene launched a horrifying attack on a homeless man upon consuming
it - chewing off the victim's face in 2012.
Experts fear the drug can lead to addicts having violent
spells - and now it is hitting London.
One user, warning that the drug was becoming popular in
London, wrote online: "I would advise against Blue.
"Bad reaction for someone I know: tremors, swelling,
veins in hand went bigger and red for a good hour or so, slight hallucinations.

"Just wanted to warn people."
And scientists have also warned against the impact the drug
can have on users.
Pharmacologist Dr Paul Skett from Glasgow University said:
"We know about what’s in mephedrone but bath salts is a very broad term
and could refer to a number of things.
"This substance could mimic the effects of mephedrone
or MDMA or amphetamines.
